The apartment building was built roughly 25 years ago and even then is blends in with the modern decor and setting that Edinburgh provides. The Holyrod apartment was and still is a part of the original buildings architecture and it sits at the top.

Entrance to the building and to the apartment is over a small bridge of which below is a well known cycle path.

Free parking is for the residence only, the building houses the apartment on the top floor and can be reached either by the stairs or by the lift. At the top once out of the lift you only need to reach the end of the hall to the front door.

Bedrooms:	Both bedrooms have a TV with Freeview, DVD player and bedroom furniture. The main bedroom has a king sized bed The second bedroom has twin beds All bedding is provided
Bathrooms:	The main bedroom has an ensuite with just a toilet and a shower unit. The second bathroom is for bedroom 2 and also has a shower, a toilet, and wash basin. Both bathrooms have towels, sheets, toiletries and other essential needs for the bathroom provided.
Kitchen:	Cooker, microwave, integrated oven, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, coffee machine, fridge, freezer, toaster various kitchen utensils.
Living Rooms:	Also has the dining table and chairs, a music system with radio and CD player. Leather sofa and armchairs, a HD TV and Freeview channels, a selection of books and a CD and DVD collection.
Other:	French windows occupy one side of the lounge, open up and they extend on to the terrace complete with dining furniture for the alfresco diner.

This is a perfect place for those who enjoy treks and hill walking, Scotland has many places for excursions and you are not so far way from the Highlands and the rugged hills of Northern Scotland.
