The apartment is near to the university halls of residence and the nearby fitness club and health centre. You wont be disappointed in its location next to Holyrood park which offers walks and great views over the park.

Three nights stay is the minimum for the rental and is determined by seasonal factors and the time of booking. For example, if you book in February and your actual dates are for August of that same year you will pay the rate appropriate for the stay in August. All prices are per night and not negotiable.

Rental Period Pricing
January to December per night: £85 - £110

A non refundable deposit is 25% of the rental value to pay. The rest of the balance is paid at least 4 weeks before you arrive. Any cancelled bookings must be done before the remaining balance is paid, less than the 4 week period and the balance will not be refunded.
